The Erice Prize
In recognition of the impressive achievements of the World Federation of Scientists,
under the auspices of the Ettore Majorana Centre for
Scientific Culture, the Sicilian Government has established a Special
Prize. The recipients of this prestigious award are elected every year by the
members of the World Federation of Scientists, who cast their votes for men of
culture and science who have played a leading role in promoting and implementing
the goals outlined in the Erice Statement.
